
Amanda Selway
General Manager, Joint Battlespace Systems
Amanda Selway is the General Manager for Raytheon Australia’s Joint Battlespace Systems product line, responsible for the execution and expansion of a portfolio of programs across Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD), Electronic Warfare, Advanced Test and Training Environments and C4ISR.
During her time at Raytheon Australia, Amanda has held several roles, including Director of Joint Battlespace Systems, Strategy Executive, Woomera Test Range Remediation Program Manager, Program Resident Liaison Officer in New Mexico, USA, and the Supply Chain Project Manager for the Auxiliary Oil Replenishment ships.
Prior to joining Raytheon Australia, Amanda held various positions across Advanced Manufacturing, Project Management and Human Resources in the Defence Industry.
Amanda received the Raytheon Australia Program Manager Excellence Award in 2020 and the Defence SA Young Achiever of the Year Award in 2016. She is a graduate of the RTX Leadership Excellence Program (LEP) as well as the Raytheon Australia Capstone Leadership Program.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Management and a Master of Industrial Relations from the University of South Australia and Griffith Universities, as well as a Diploma of Project Management. She is also a graduate of the Australian American Young Leadership Dialogue.
