
Warren Latham
General Manager, Under Water Systems
Warren Latham is the General Manager of Raytheon Australia’s Under Water Systems product line, responsible for capability upgrades and sustainment programs for the Collins Class Submarine Combat System and the Integrated Under Water Surveillance domain. These programs are executed throughout Australia and include the provision of deployed support, where and when required. Warren is also leading the positioning of Raytheon Australia’s campaign to support the Submarine Enterprise as it prepares to transition to nuclear-powered submarines.
Warren commenced with Raytheon Australia in 1999 as the Hardware Engineering Functional Manager before transitioning into numerous program management and business leadership appointments, including Program Director for the Collins Submarine Replacement Combat System, Combat System Director for the Air Warfare Destroyer program, Naval Integrated Systems Operations Director and Deputy General Manager for Integrated Solutions.
Before joining Raytheon Australia, Warren served 20 years in the Royal Australian Navy, initially specialising as a weapons systems tradesman, before transitioning to become a weapons electrical officer. During his career, Warren served on numerous naval warships.
Warren is a graduate of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) with honours.
Warren is a registered Program Director with the Australian Institute of Program Management.
